Milan coach Paulo Fonseca welcomed a familiar face for the club in one of his training sessions, as Denzel Seedorf, son of iconic Rossoneri midfielder Clarence, joined the first team for practice.
A midfielder like his father, the 17-year-old is currently playing for the U18 side but wasn’t called up for their latest outing against Lazio after the Portuguese manager asked him to train with them for the first time.

Milan also published pictures showing the youngster alongside Alex Jimenez, who recently started two consecutive Serie A games, proving Fonseca’s penchant for trusting the club’s young talents regardless of their experience.
Denzel Seedorf was born on 25 May 2007, just two days away from Milan’s last Champions League win in Athens, with his father starting in their 2-1 win over Liverpool.
Clarence’s son would then join the Rossoneri’s youth sector at the age of 12, gradually climbing the ranks to get his first appearances with the U18 side this season.
