La Liga outfit Valencia have on Friday sewn up a deal for a fresh addition to the club’s defensive ranks.
That’s according to transfer insider Fabrizio Romano, who points towards Max Aarons as the player all set to take his talents to Mestalla this month.
The Valencia brass have long been on the lookout for fresh blood at right-back with a view to the 2nd half of the campaign.
This comes after Thierry Correia was condemned to a long-term spell on the sidelines with a serious knee injury suffered back in October.
Still struggling financially, though, Los Che were aware that they would need to get creative in efforts to secure additions to Carlos Corberán’s ranks.
And, as alluded to above, late this week, this is precisely what those behind the scenes at Mestalla have managed.
As per a report from transfer insider Fabrizio Romano:
‘Valencia have agreed a deal for Max Aarons to join on loan from Bournemouth. Buy option clause not mandatory, worth €9m.’
