Cristiano Ronaldo Jr. came off the bench to help Portugal Under-15s beat England in Group B of the Vlatko Markovic Tournament on Friday.

There has been plenty of hype and media interest in the youth tournament given the participation of Cristiano Ronaldo's son, who featured as a second-half sub.

After winning their opening match against Japan, and drawing with Greece, Portugal eased into a two goal lead against the Three Lions thanks to goals from Carlos Moita and Gonçalo Fontes.

After Cristiano Ronaldo Jr's introduction, England reduced the deficit through Chelsea youngster Reggie Watson's penalty, but the Young Lions were unable to find an equaliser.

The result saw Portugal leapfrog England at the top of Group B.
