Crowds welcome squad at the Bruseschi

Fans turn out for afternoon session

The passion of Udinese’s fans knows no limits, even when the weather is swelting hot.

Around 2,000 fans, an impressive number considering the time of year and the heat, created a wonderful atmosphere during this afternoon's open training session at the Bruseschi. It’s a great boost for the players as they begin a gruelling pre-season schedule under coach Kosta Runjaic.

Many children, families and even those who have followed the club’s fortunes for many years were in attendance, intrigued to see this new Udinese at work, as the players were put through technical exercises and fitness drills.

All of the players, the coach and technical director Gokhan Inler got a fantastic reception on an afternoon of celebration and love, all in the name of Udinese.
