FIFA Club World Cup 25 trophy

However, this is not a normal summer, because Inter and Juventus are involved in the newly expanded 2025 Club World Cup in the United States of America.

That tournament runs from June 15 to July 13, so some players could be out of contract or have their loan deals expire midway through the competition.

With that in mind, the Lega Serie A is opening up an extra window for those clubs from June 1 to June 20, with the deadline at 20.00 local time.

It allows Inter and Juventus to sell or buy players so that they will be available throughout the Club World Cup.

The January transfer window is also confirmed for 2026, running from January 2 to February 2, with again the deadline at 20.00 local time.
