The LFP Disciplinary Committee met on Tuesday to rule on the cases of three players sent off last weekend in the Ligue 1 Uber Eats Round 13 action. FC Lorient full-back Jerome Hergault has been suspended for two matches for his red card in the home defeat to Brest - the first time that a player has been sent off in a match against Stade Brestois 29 this season. He will miss Les Merlus trip to Angers (R14) as well as the Brittany derby against Stade Rennais FC (R15). In the meantime, after his red card at the Orange Vélodrome on Sunday, FC Metz stopper Jemerson has been given a one-match ban plus another suspended. The Brazilian will therefore be unavailable for the visit of Girondins de Bordeaux (R14). Like the Metz man, in-form Strasbourg striker Ludovic Ajorque will also miss Round 14.
