Farnham Town continue to chase down Dorking Wanderers Development following a 3-1 win over the South East Counties League Surrey Premier Division leaders.

Dorking went down to 10 players after an injury early in second half, with no substitutes available.

Emily Foss bagged a brace for Farnham and then substitute Mia Delaney made it 3-0, Jasmine Smith later on target for the visitors.

Farnham’s goalkeeper Emma Stait was sent off for bringing down a player through on goal, Wanderers’ Imogen Cochrane also seeing red.

Dorking were down to eight players for the last few minutes, after Olivia Benbow was sin-binned.

The result saw Farnham extend their 100% league record to a ninth game, keeping them goal-difference ahead of Leatherhead from three games fewer, while within a single point short of Carshalton Athletic with as many games to make up and just two points behind Dorking with five games in hand.
