Claudio Ranieri is thinking of introducing a major change in his starting line-up ahead of the derby.
In the days leading up to the Derby della Capitale, Ranieri is in fact pondering the addition of Eldor Shomurodov in the starting formation.

According to La Gazzetta dello Sport, Shomurodov and Dovbyk could start together on Sunday night.
Dovbyk, already at 11 goals in Serie A, wants to leave his mark in the big matches, as he did in La Liga.
Shomurodov, on the other hand, is chasing his personal best in Italy (currently at 6 goals) and confirms himself among the best strikers in the league for goals as a substitute: 10 since 2021, behind only Lautaro Martínez (16) and Pedro (11).
