Roma stepped up their pre-season preparations with a comprehensive win over Primeira Liga newcomers Estrela da Amadora.

Paulo Dybala set José Mourinho’s side on their way with two goals in as many first-half minutes at the Estádio Municipal de Albufeira.

First, the Argentina international capitalised on a defensive mistake before later linking up with summer signing Houssem Aouar.

The Giallorossi extended their lead with substitute Diego Llorente exchanging passes with Andrea Belotti before sweeping home.

Belotti was key again as he and Riccardo Pagano combined before Edoardo Bove added a fourth in the space of three minutes.

Roma will take on Farense as the final opponent in their three-game tour of Portugal on Wednesday before taking on French side Toulouse.
