First up the panel take a look at some of the international games that have taken place over the last week, including England’s two losses against France and Canada. The two games represented a final chance for the England players to impress coach Hege Riise before she names her Olympic squad, and with numerous lacklustre performances over the last week, could this jeopardise who will be heading to Tokyo?

Next, sticking with the international fixtures, it was a big week for Spain who were able to silence the Netherlands with a 1-0 victory, sparking excitement about what the future will hold for the Spanish national team. Meanwhile it was a momentous week for Northern Ireland who celebrated the country’s first ever qualification for a major women’s tournament this week with their victory over Ukraine in their Euro 2022 play-off fixture.

Then, with the Scottish Women’s Premier League back after a winter break due to Covid-19, it really is all to play for as Rangers, Glasgow City and Celtic are all in the mix to be crowned Champions, and after some important wins for all three teams over the weekend, could Glasgow finally be knocked off their 13-year perch?

And finally for this week’s hot topic, with the Women’s Super League celebrating its 10th anniversary, the FA will be opening a Hall of Fame to mark the occasion. With this in mind the panel take a look at which names they would feature in the hall and what their hopes are for the next ten years of the WSL.
