Erling Haaland receives a signed shirt from his childhood hero Michu

Borussia Dortmund wonderkid Erling Haaland has received a signed shirt as a special gift from his childhood hero Michu. Former Swansea City striker Michu, who is the Sporting Director at Spanish third division side Burgos CF sent Haaland a Burgos shirt with his signature and number 17 on it.

Burgos CF sent a tweet to the Norwegian striker with a photo of Michu holding the shirt and the 19-year-old replied with “Wow what a legend!! #Nice2Michu” and a tweet showing Michu’s 2012/13 season stats for Swansea with the message “Streets will never forget“. Pictures were recently released of Haaland tagging himself as Michu on Instagram when he was younger.
