Fabrizio Romano has reported that Everton have been informed on the conditions of a deal for Moussa Dembélé, who The Toffees are interested in.
The 26-year-old striker has made 28 appearances for Olympique Lyon this season, scoring three goals and providing one assist. This is Dembélé’s worst season for the club, last season scoring 22 goals and providing five assists in all competitions.
Dembélé started his career at Fulham, and has played two Premier League games for Cottagers in 2013/14. But the French forward exploded in the Championship for Fulham in 2015/16, scoring 15 goals and providing 7 assists.
This led to a move to Celtic, where his impressive goal scoring form earnt him a move to Lyon for a fee of around €22.00m.
Everton will be looking to improve their squad this summer, after finishing 17th in the Premier League last season, and narrowly avoiding relegation on the final day of the campaign.
