Manchester City midfielder Jack Grealish looks set to headline the 2025 summer transfer window, with multiple Premier League clubs positioning themselves to snap up the 29-year-old.
City no longer view Grealish as an untouchable player, and are willing to entertain offers between €45-50 million (£38-43 million), according to Caught Offside sources.
The player is still City’s record signing when Pep Guardiola signed the England international from Aston Villa.
This season, the English midfielder has struggled with fitness issues and poor form and that has seen him lose his place in the starting line up at the club.
Grealish has only made 19 appearances in the Premier League this season and scored just one goal.
After joining City in a record-breaking £100 million move from Aston Villa in 2021, Grealish initially struggled to meet expectations but gradually found a role in Pep Guardiola’s highly structured system.
Despite his contributions during City’s treble-winning campaign, the club now considers him expendable as they plan a refreshed squad evolution under Guardiola.
Tottenham Hotspur and Newcastle United are believed to be the two most serious contenders for Grealish. Both clubs see him as a player who could immediately add creativity to their side.
Aston Villa, Grealish’s boyhood club, have also been strongly linked. A return to Villa Park would carry enormous emotional significance, not just for Grealish but for Villa fans who still adore him.
A surprising new entrant is Nottingham Forest, who reportedly see Grealish as a statement signing if they can secure Champions League football.
Meanwhile, West Ham United have also been linked, though they are seen as outsiders at the moment.

Participation in European competitions, particularly in the Champions League, will also be an important factor in Grealish’s decision-making process.
With several Premier League clubs in the mix, and City open to reasonable bids, the summer could see Grealish make a move away from the Etihad Stadium.
Along with Grealish, Kevin De Bruyne is also heading out of the club with .
