Tim Steidten is edging closer to the West Ham exit with the Technical Director already looking for work elsewhere.
Following what has is currently a period of significant change at the club following the arrival of Graham Potter as Head Coach, who replaced Julen Lopetegui, it appears there is more change on the horizon.
Steidten has seen his position of influence and power at the club significantly diminish in recent weeks, with the former transfer front man now reduced to an advisory role.
The club have subsequently appointed Kyle Macaulay as Potters analyst to advise on targets, which are being negotiated at present by Karren Brady and David Sullivan.
This has lead to many suggesting that Steidten’s position is untenanble, with the club expected to part ways with the German, following what the hierarchy see as a significant failure from the recruitment specialist this summer.
It’s now understood the review of his position is underway, with an expectation that the Technical Directors exit will be formalised soon, signalling an end to an appointment which held much promise, especially amongst the fanbase.
We understand that Steidten is already searching for his next role away from West Ham, as the axe is sharpened by the clubs leadership.
