Clubs are one round away from a potential big third-round tie against Premier League opposition
Tamworth will travel to Burton in the second round of the FA Cup after knocking out Sky Bet League One promotion hopefuls Huddersfield.
The non-league side produced one of the shocks of the first round in front of the TV cameras when a long throw from Tom Tonks was fumbled into his own net by goalkeeper Chris Maxwell.
Seventh-tier Kettering, who also knocked out League One opposition in Northampton, have been rewarded with a home tie against League Two outfit Doncaster.
The lowest-ranked team left in the competition, Gainsborough, will make the short journey to Harrogate after the League Two side saw off Wrexham on Sunday.
Gainsborough manager Russ Wilcox told the BBC: "I think when you've waited 72 years to get into round two you take anything, but it's not too far for the fans to travel.
"The fans were amazing yesterday, they stuck with us, so it's a great tie. Hopefully we can reward them again and get in with the big boys."
Fellow non-league sides Oldham and Dagenham were drawn away to Leyton Orient and AFC Wimbledon respectively, with Harborough's first second-round tie in their history also on the road at Reading.
Vanarama National League side Brackley travel to League One side Stockport, while Solihull were handed a home tie with League Two club Bromley. Charlton will play Walsall away.
Wealdstone will bid to cause another upset after being drawn at home to League One promotion hopefuls Wycombe, while Birmingham travel to 1953 winners Blackpool.
The final tie of the round saw Lincoln cruise past Chesham, setting up a clash against Crawley.
Second-round ties will be played between November 29 and December 2.
