The winds of change could be blowing through North London as Tottenham faces a crucial decision regarding its managerial future.
Fabio Paratici, despite no longer holding an official role at the club, continues to wield influence behind the scenes.
His latest efforts reportedly involve pushing for a high-profile appointment that could shake up the Spurs dugout next season.
While Tottenham remains in contention for European spots, recent disappointments in domestic cup competitions have raised serious questions.
Some fans and pundits believe that changes may be inevitable, even if club officials are publicly backing their current manager.
In a team where injuries are a constant issue and supporters are questioning the leadership of current manager Ange Postecoglou, the pressure to take action is mounting on Daniel Levy.
The Spurs chairman is carefully weighing his options to improve the squad—but is Postecoglou really to blame?

Reports suggest that Spurs chairman Daniel Levy is evaluating his options for next season and could make a change in the summer.
According to InterLive, he is considering several candidates to replace the current boss, with Paratici strongly advocating for Inter Milan’s Simone Inzaghi.
Paratici, who now acts as a consultant for Tottenham, is said to be 'trying to convince' Daniel Levy that Inzaghi is the right man to lead the club forward.
The 48-year-old Italian has guided Inter to significant domestic and European success, making him a compelling choice.
However, Simone Inzaghi is not the only name under consideration. The report also mentions Andoni Iraola and Marco Silva as potential alternatives.
Both managers are regarded as 'internal leads' within the club, suggesting that Tottenham is keen on exploring multiple options before making a final decision.
Paratici has played a crucial role in shaping Tottenham’s squad, securing impressive signings during his tenure.
However, his track record in managerial appointments is more mixed. His previous picks, Nuno Espirito Santo and Antonio Conte, failed to bring sustained success, which may make Levy cautious about following his recommendation blindly.
Another key factor in the decision will be continuity. Daniel Levy is reportedly keen on appointing a manager who aligns with Tottenham’s current style of play, rather than opting for a complete tactical overhaul.
This approach would ensure that the team does not need to start from scratch once again. With the season entering its final stretch, speculation will only intensify.
For now, Tottenham must focus on their upcoming Premier League clash against Manchester United, with the team currently sitting in 14th place.
