Fifa have confirmed that Dániel Zsóri has emerged victorious in the voting for the 2019 Puskas Award at their annual The Best gala.
An initial 10-goal shortlist was whittled down last month to just three, with those goals being put to a vote among Fifa legends.
The result is the Hungarian picking up the award, a proud moment for the youngster, given it was named after his fellow countryman.
Juan Fernando Quintero’s sublime free-kick and a glorious Lionel Messi chip ultimately came up just short.
