Flamengo have made decisions on the immediate futures of two players who are not part of manager Jorge Jesus’ plans.
According to Gazeta Esportiva, striker Orlando Berrío is on the verge of completing a move to the United Arab Emirates.
The Colombia international, whose contract with Fla was due to run out this December, will join Khor Fakkan.
The outlet reports that the financial details have been agreed between the clubs, with just some red tape to be cut through before the deal is finalised.
Since joining the Rubro-Negro in 2017, 29-year-old Berrío scored seven goals in 82 appearances.
Elsewhere, Rodinei is set to spend some more time at Internacional.
The right-back, who had grown tired of playing second fiddle to Rafinha, was loaned to the Colorado last December.
His initial deal was to expire in December.
Howerver, with the 2020 Brazilian season set to run into 2021, the clubs are negotiating an extension that would keep the 28-year-old in Porto Alegre until next May.
Rodinei has done well since his move, nailing down a starting place at the expense of Renzo Saravia.
