Francesco Totti opens to possible return to the pitch: “Never say never.”

Francesco Totti has shockingly hinted at the possibility of coming back from retirement.

The legendary Roma captain was recently asked about the rumors of a potential return to the pitch for the first time since his decision to retire in 2017.

In an appearance on Sportitalia, Totti commented, “In life, never say never. There have already been players in the past who returned to play after a few years.”

He added, “Some Serie A teams have asked about me recently… It’s complicated but not impossible. I would certainly have to train a lot.”
