Gainsborough Trinity are promoted to the East Midlands League Premier Division, over 700 see Accrington Stanley hit six at the Wham Stadium.
EASTERN – Hatters win Cup semi-final clash of league’s leading pair
Premier – Wroxham’s Luci Middleton bagged a brace in a 2-1 win at Haringey Borough that put them fifth, Watford Ladies Development defeated Dussindale & Hellesdon Rovers 2-1 away to move five points from danger. Needham Market drew 2-2 with Cambridge City despite losing Laura Broomfield to a red card, as Annie Posnett scored twice in a battle of the bottom two.
1 North – AFC Dunstable cut Harpenden Town’s leadership with a 2-0 win at Whittlesey Athletic, Newmarket Town kept up the chase with a Katie Walker brace at Real Bedford Reserves, likewise Histon by beating Thetford Town 2-0. Stevenage Development’s Chloe Gregory got the only goal at Biggleswade United, Mulbarton Wanderers took the points 2-1 at Kings Lynn Town.
1 South – Second-placed Colney Heath had to fight off Toby Ladies in a 4-3 scoreline, Hutton won 2-1 at Lawford, Chelmsford City were 3-0 winners over Wormley Rovers, Hertford Town put five past Frontiers and Stanway Pegasus sent Romford Town Flyers to a 4-0 defeat.
League Cup Semi-Final – A second-half double saw Luton Town beat Royston Town 3-1. Stevenage’s semi-final with Enfield Town was postponed until next Sunday.
EAST MIDLANDS – Gainsborough Trinity promoted to Premier Division
Premier – Chesterfield Ladies’ match with Mansfield Town was abandoned following a serious injury to the Stags’ Olivia Wheatcroft. Three teams went above the hosts, led by Sheffield FC who had five different scorers in the 5-0 win at Basford United. Stamford’s Emma Pollard struck two of their three goals at Anstey Nomads, Rotherham United dramatically hit a stoppage-time winner against SJR Worksop with a Sidni Simmons free kick.

1 Central – Asfordby Amateurs edged the meeting of second and third with a Sarah Brown effort against River City, no team scored twice as Long Eaton United drew 1-1 with West Bridgford and there was the same outcome between Sleaford Town and Beaumont Park.
1 North – Gainsborough Trinity secured the title with three games to go, Grace Jones with two of their three goals at Sherwood while Chesterfield FC were 2-1 winners over second-placed Grimsby Town. Buxton had to settle for a 1-1 home tie with Arnold Eagles, for whom Kitty Ward netted on 87 minutes,
1 South – Wellingborough Town need one win from three to become champions after a 4-1 success at Leicester City LFC. Newport Pagnell Town’s Jasmine Spence netted two of their three goals at New Bradwell St Peter, Northampton Town Devs defeated Cardea 2-0 and finished one apiece between Thrapston Town and Dunton & Broughton United.
LONDON & SOUTH EAST – Brentford go top, Dartford make Cup final
Premier – Saltdean United sent Sutton United to a 5-1 defeat to gain ground on the top two, with multiple games in hand on both. Ebbsfleet United edged Sport London E Benfica 1-0 to move into the top half of the table on goal-difference.
1 North – Brentford replaced Bromley as leaders with a game still in hand, after thrashing AFC Whyteleafe 14-0 featuring six goals from Chloe Logie and four by Ashley Cheatley. Leatherhead netted 13 times at Richmond Park, trebles by Leila Ayimba-Golding, Megan Button and Chloe Gibney. Ashmount Leigh and Richmond & Kew drew 2-2 with Charlotte Close scoring both for the latter.
1 South – Welling United walloped leaders Saltdean United Development 6-0 away from home, Aylesford are only three points behind the top team after wining 2-1 at Steyning Town where Alex Witham scored twice. Three Bridges drew 1-1 at Herne Bay to go two points clear of the relegation spot.
League Cup Semi-Final – Dartford defeated Dorking Wanderers 3-1 to reach the final, Fulham joined them after netting five without reply at Millwall Lionesses.
League Plate Quarter-Final – Clapton CFC eliminated Hackney 2-0 watched by an attendance of 207. Dulwich Hamlet Reserves beat Bexhill United 5-0 in front of 153 fans. Soccer Elite Football Academy went through 3-1 at AFC Montpelier Villa, Bognor Regis Town progressed 2-1 at Bromley.
NORTH EAST – Ossett back on top after two rivals drop points
Premier – Ponteland United had a walkover against Hull United, Bradford City still have six games in hand on them with 11 points to make up after beating Spennymoor Town 3-0. Sunderland West End substitute Jael Anderson was on target in a 2-1 victory at Wallsend BC, while Alnwick Town beat South Shields 3-1.
1 North – Second beat third as i2i International Soccer Academy’s Harper Page scored a crucial second goal for a 2-1 win over Thornaby. Gateshead fought back from 2-0 down to beat Chester le Street Amazons 3-2, Jodie Thorpe’s double added to by a Faye Killeen decider. Washington were 3-1 winners over Wallsend BC Reserves, Bishop Auckland defeated Chester le Street United 4-1 and it was 2-2 between Redcar Town and Consett.
1 South – Ossett United retook top spot with a 3-1 win over York City Development featuring a Debbie Hastings a hat-trick, Handsworth were held 1-1 at home by Altofts and Leeds Modernians rescued a point in a 2-2 at Kiveton Park after trailing 2-0 at the break. Brunsmeer Athletic stepped up their title bid when overcoming Sheffield United Foundation 17-0, Molly Waite with six, Natalie Shaw five and Cheryl Mahwood three. Lower Hopton’s Mia Moorhouse netted four of their five goals against 5-0 Sheffield Wednesday.
NORTH WEST – Six-goal Stanley watched by over 700
Premier – Wythenshawe took a step closer to the title but with a narrow 1-0 win at Crewe Alexandra, Tranmere Rovers defeated second-placed Darwen 4-1, Fleetwood Town Wrens drew 1-1 with third-placed Curzon Ashton, while Mancunian Unity ran out 6-1 victors at Salford City.
1 North – Accrington Stanley beat Radcliffe 6-1 with 742 in attendance and sub Melissa Adamson hitting a hat-trick. Bolton Wanderers and Penrith drew 1-1 in a top-of-the-table clash, Fleetwood Town Wrens Reserves shared six goals with Workington Town whose Hayley Bracken bagged a late brace. Preston North End were 5-1 winners over Atherton Laburnum Rovers, Haslingden beat Blackpool 2-1 with an Ella McGrorey winner, the Seasiders dropping back into the relegation zone as Morecambe got out with all five goals at Hindley.
1 South – Third-placed Mossley Hill Athletic lost 2-1 at home to leaders Poulton Vics, FC St Helens ran out 5-0 winners at Macclesfield, Runcorn Linnets defeated Chester 3-1. Wigan Athletic and MSB Woolton drew 3-3, Ellesmere Port Town won 3-1 against Wirral Phoenix.

SOUTHERN – Wycombe cut Ascot’s advantage
Premier – Wycombe Wanderers won 5-2 at AFC Portchester to reduce Ascot United’s lead at the top to five points, Reading defeated Selsey 3-0 away.
1 North – Penn & Tylers Green came back from a 1-0 half-time deficit to win 2-1 at Wycombe Wanderers U-23s, where substitute Ellie Lovelock scored. Milton United took sixth spot from Slough Town, beating them 3-0 away helped by two goals from Jessica Exell. One goal gave Kidlington the points against Chesham United Development.
1 South – Woking’s Bethany Anders scored three times as they won 3-2 at second-placed Havant & Waterlooville, Fleet Town beat Bournemouth Sports Reserves by a similar scoreline.
Chairman’s Cup 1st Round – Bursledon’s Isobel Pouncy grabbed a treble in a 3-1 win at AFC Varsity, AFC Stoneham’s Lucy Bicknell got the only goal at Badshot Lea. Abingdon United Development put ten past QK Southampton with three by Mimi Hodges 3, Wimborne Town knocked out Tilehurst Panthers with four unanswered goals.
SOUTH WEST – Feniton end Plympton’s perfect record
Premier – Forest Green Rovers’ Erin Williams netted three of their seven at AFC St Austell, Torquay United in third won 2-1 at Frampton Rangers in fifth. Sherborne Town beat Poole Town 4-2, Ilminster Town saw off AEK Boco 3-0 aided by Ellie Orritt’s double, Pucklechurch Sports drew 3-3 with Bishops Lydeard.
1 North – Gloucester City hit six at Downend Flyers for a 15th straight win, Bitton beat St Vallier 3-1 with two of their subs Skye Coole and Layla Soppelsa both on target. Cirencester Town’s 4-1 defeat of Stockwood Wanderers featured three goals from Phoebe McGouran, Paulton Rovers just got the better of Purton 2-1 with Alisha Stuart scoring twice. SGS Olveston United saw off Royal Wootton Bassett Town 3-1, Corsham Town drew 1-1 with Bath City.
1 South – Next-to-bottom Feniton abruptly ended Plympton’s perfect form with a 2-1 shock defeat of the leaders. Yeovil Town won 2-0 at Honiton Town to cut the lead to five points, likewise Saltash United with a 3-1 beating of hosts Bideford. Sticker edged a seven-goal thriller at Weston super Mare, aided by a Tori Marks treble.
WEST MIDLANDS – Kiddy one point from catching leaders
Premier – Kidderminster Harriers’ 2-0 win against Alvechurch out them within a point of leaders Lye Town with a game in hand, third-placed Shifnal Town went down to braces by Sian McHugh and Olivia Mountford of Port Vale, who still have 13 games to play. Coundon Court beat Burton Albion 5-2 with Jessica Lundie netting a hat-trick, Coventry Sphinx sub Brooke Hornsby bagged a brace in the 5-1 beating of Knowle.

1 North – AFC Telford United’s Sasha Woodhouse scored twice in a 4-2 victory at Walsall Wood, leaving both part of a five-strong group two points off leaders Lichfield City. Leek Town Reserves got off the bottom with a first win of the campaign 3-2 at Newcastle Town, where Zara Sheply’s double was added to in the 90th minute by Sydney-Marie Gillan. Elsewhere, Tamworth record a 4-0 win over Rugby Town.
1 South – Redditch Borough held top spot with a 2-0 derby success at Redditch United, where Bobbi-Lea Birch bagged a brace. Worcester City Reserves beat Bromsgrove Sporting 2-1 and Halesowen scored ten times at Leamington Lions.
