Dutch midfielder Silvano Vos could soon be appearing for the AC Milan first team after impressing during his first weeks as a Milan Futuro player.
As reported by La Gazzetta dello Sport, the youngster who signed for Milan from Ajax late in the summer transfer window is really impressing the coaches and is making Paulo Fonseca sit up and take notice.
The summer transfer window did not end the way that Milan would have liked when it comes to the midfield, with Ismael Bennacer getting a serious injury, Yacine Adli and Tommaso Pobega leaving, and no player coming in after Youssouf Fofana.
That situation could be to the benefit of Vos, though, who is showing himself to be a very viable option if Fonseca is caught short in the coming weeks.
Vos played the second half of the Serie C match against Carpi and was very impressive, helping the team to a 1-1 draw. The opposing coach actually called him ‘out of category’, suggesting he was too good for Serie C.
The belief is that whilst Serie C will be good for Vos to exhibit hard work and get competitively fit, it will not be long until he is mixing with the first team at Milanello.
