Genoa sporting director Marco Ottolini: “Soulé? We like him but at the moment there is nothing.”

Genoa sporting director Marco Ottolini answered questions regarding his side’s rumored interest in Roma attacker Matias Soulé.

In recent weeks, in fact, Genoa had been linked as one of the possible destinations for Matias Soulé who hasn’t had consistent minutes since joining Roma in the summer.

“I know him very well,” said Ottolini in his interview with DAZN, “and I definitely like him.”

“He is a technical player and could help us in one-on-one situations, but at the moment I don’t think there is anything.”

“And we are also mainly looking for someone who, initially, plays on the left side. Then we will see, the market is long and many things can happen.”
