Kawin Thamsatchanan, Thailandâs national team goalkeeper, has given a unique insight into his training regime and it really is quite extraordinary.

At club level, Thamsatchanan plays for SCG Muangthong United and heâs been capped 45 times at senior level.
Heâs only kept 16 clean sheets for his country, however, meaning he probably needs to put a bit more work in on the beach training ground.
