Hansi Flick has admitted he is "not happy" with Barcelona's failure to secure registrations for Dani Olmo and Pau Victor, but backed the club to find a positive resolution soon.
The duo have both been removed from La Liga's website after their temporary registrations expired on December 31, with Barcelona failing to raise the necessary funds to re-register the pair before the deadline.
League rules state a player cannot be re-registered once their initial agreement expires, meaning Barcelona have been forced to appeal to the Spanish Football Federation and are also reportedly preparing yet another appearance in front of a judge.
"I don't want to talk too much about this because it's not my job," Flick told the media. "My job is to prepare for the game.
"I was in contact with the president at Christmas and today as well. I have the club's confidence that they have done their job, as I have done mine.
"To be honest, I am not happy with the situation. The players aren't happy either, but we have to accept that we are professionals. I'm optimistic, but we have to wait for the decision."

Reports emerged on Friday suggesting Barcelona could sell centre-back Eric Garcia to Girona to aid their push to register Olmo and Victor, but Flick played down the idea of a departure for the defender.
"I don't think he will leave, but I don't know what will happen," Flick said. "For us, he is a good player.
"He has had some injuries, but he is a very intelligent player and a player we like a lot. We are not thinking about that."
Like Flick, Olmo's agent has also backed Barcelona to resolve this situation soon, with club officials reportedly confident of sealing registrations for the pair soon.
