Manchester City spent a reported €40m to bring Abdukodir Khusanov to the Premier Legue and it's all gone wrong in his first game.
The 20-year-old started against Chelsea to become the first Uzbek player in the history of the competition but had a horrid opening four minutes.
Khusanov initially mistimed his aerial duel and surprisingly decided to head the ball back to Ederson in one rushed moment.
Unfortunately for him, a lurking Nicolas Jackson pounced and set up Noni Madueke in the box as Chelsea turned things 1-0 in the blink of an eye.
Then to make matters even worse, Khusanov picked up a yellow card minutes later.
Comparatively, he didn't commit any errors leading to an opposition goal in any of his 31 appearances for Lens over the last two seasons.
A debut to forget.
