USMNT striker Jesus Ferreira can not stop scoring.
The FC Dallas man has scored a first-half hat-trick in the opening 45 minutes of the United States’ final Gold Cup group stage game against Trinidad and Tobago – for the second game in a row.
After scoring a hat-trick against St. Kitts and Nevis last time out, Ferreira has upped his tally to six goals in his last two games, and 14 goals in his last 21 appearances for the Stars and Stripes.
His red-hot form has etched his name into American soccer history books, as he becomes the first USMNT player to score consecutive hat-tricks for his nation.
Is a move to Europe the next step towards the top for Ferreira?
