FLW's Huddersfield Town fan pundit wants the club to replace Sporting Director Mark Cartwright.

After a rough run of form, Huddersfield Town now find themselves playing catch-up in the play-off race in League One. Michael Duff was recently sacked by the Terriers, but they responded with a 5-1 thrashing of Crawley Town at the weekend.
Failure to gain promotion this campaign would be hugely disappointing for the Yorkshire side, and undoubtedly they will be busy in the summer transfer window to ensure they go up next campaign.
Huddersfield's transfer policy in January hasn't proven to be a success so far, with Joe Taylor struggling with injury setbacks and Dion Charles failing to score in his first 11 appearances for the club. Town will want to make sure any summer recruits help them get back to the Championship.
With that in mind, Football League World quizzed their resident Huddersfield expert, Graeme, about one realistic wish for Huddersfield's summer transfer window.
Graeme responded: "It [the wish] would be that the person managing the recruitment during that transfer window is not Mark Cartwright, for various reasons.
"I think that if you weigh up on an imaginary set of scales the transfers that have worked when he's been in charge and the transfers that haven't, the tails tip in the direction of unsuccessful.
"I just think his time at the club needs to come to an end. There were rumours that was imminent, but I haven't seen anything in the last few days.
"We will wait and see if that happens, but I think even if he [Cartwright] brought in the right players now, the fans have decided that signings of his are going to be suspect."
Graeme continued to echo his concerns about whether any potential new signings who come to the club under Cartwright could face serious pressure. He said: "Anyone that comes in that he signs, if they don't hit the ground running and look like an immediate success, the pressure on them will grow and grow.
"We've seen that with Dion Charles, who joined the club in January and hasn't scored yet. With a certain section of Town fans, he's become written-off already, and he's only been here for about six weeks. The pressure on him must be huge."
It's clear that the transfer policy at Huddersfield isn't working as had been hoped. A change at the top could be necessary, and relieve pressure on the players coming in the door should Cartwright depart. Despite their January business looking good on paper, performances haven't been strong, which has seen the Terriers fall out of automatic promotion contention.
If Town are to make a change to their recruitment, they will be keen to do so swiftly so they can focus fully on the summer transfer window. Whilst promotion may not be achieved this season, a fresh start to the recruitment strategy could ensure that the Terriers don't face the same problems they had this campaign.
