Fair to say that Moussa Sissoko won’t be in many favourite former Newcastle United elevens, chosen by any NUFC fan.

Indeed, I doubt any Newcastle supporter would even remotely consider him.

Moussa Sissoko a complete joke with his woeful attitude, desperately trying to get away from Newcastle United in each transfer window, having impressed in the initial couple of months in the Premier League.

The delusional midfielder apparently believing that at any minute Real Madrid were going to come knocking.

In the end, he left on 31 August 2016, amazingly not to Real Madrid, instead Tottenham.

A desperate Spurs needing to sign somebody and on deadline day, then Championship side Newcastle United somehow extracted £30m from Tottenham for ‘Le Sulk’… easily his best ever NUFC moment.

Fast forward eight years and a few weeks, Moussa Sissoko was man of the match yesterday at Vicarage Road.

I knew he would eventually come good.

The now 35 year old the MOTM against… Sunderland!

Yes, the Mackems giving him abuse throughout the match but Watford captain Moussa Sissoko leading his team to a 2-1 victory.

The cherry on top was after the final whistle.

Sunderland fans now crying on because despite having given Moussa Sissoko dog’s abuse throughout, they are getting all upset due to the former Newcastle United superstar ‘goading’ them after the away defeat.
