The Israeli international winger enjoyed a memorable campaign at Elland Road, helping Daniel Farke's side back to the Premier League as champions and, most notably, scoring the dramatic 91st minute winner away at Plymouth Argyle to ensure the league title on the final day.

Solomon registered 10 goals and 12 assists from 39 Championship appearances in what proved the most productive season of the 25-year-old's career, having featured on just five occasions for Spurs in the previous campaign owing to injury.

His future, however, remains very much up in the air. Leeds are naturally keen to return Solomon's services on a permanent basis, and he will likely be sold by Spurs this summer in a bid to raise funds for fresh incomings in North London.

Spurs are reportedly demanding close to £20 million for Solomon, who has also been linked to Ligue 1 side Marseille in what could be something of a blow to Leeds' pursuit of the speedy attacker.

It will be interesting to see how the saga unfolds in the coming weeks and months, and Solomon himself has admitted he does not know what the future has in store.

Solomon took to his official Instagram page to thank Leeds supporters for their support across what he defines as a "comeback season", explaining how the club will forever hold a place in his heart.

Exactly what that means for a potential return, though, is yet to be seen, and Solomon has issued a heartfelt message to Leeds for the time being.

Solomon wrote: "After nearly a year without football, I couldn’t have asked for a better comeback season and a better ending.

"I really don’t know what the future holds, but I do know that Leeds United will forever be in my heart.

"Thank you again, fans, for the unforgettable past few weeks and all your incredible support and love throughout the entire season.

Harry Gray has sent Leeds United, Manor Solomon transfer message

At Elland Road, it will be hoped by most that Solomon seals a return to the club in the near future.

Though a somewhat polarising figure among supporters, Solomon has the backing of a large portion of the Whites fanbase. He is also immensely popular with his teammates, too, and they would clearly love a return for Solomon.

16-year-old prodigy Harry Gray, who made his debut in the 6-0 rout of Stoke City last month, commented a gif of a contract being signed on Solomon's post in a clear suggestion for the ex-Fulham wide-man to come back to Leeds.
