Nongdamba Naorem, remember the name.
The 17-year-old attacker came off the bench to score a remarkable solo goal on just his second appearance for loan club Indian Arrows in India’s I-League.
“I love to dribble the ball,” Naorem told ESPN.
“First moment when I got the ball, I didn’t get much of the ball. So when I got it, I thought I will play with it myself and I saw the defender coming with me.
“I was thinking of only dribbling and I can’t even imagine I scored. It’s like a dream come true for me.”
The teenager already featured for India at the U17 World Cup earlier this year and it looks like he has a big future ahead of him.
