Inter in talks to sign Ajax’s Davy Klaassen | OneFootball

Serie A giants Inter are in talks to potentially land the signature of Ajax midfielder Davy Klaassen.

Inter are looking to add another midfielder to their ranks on deadline day and have already been linked with a host of names. Gianluca di Marzio has now confirmed the rumours surrounding Klaassen, stating that the Dutchman is indeed of interest to the Nerazzurri.

Talks have opened between Ajax and Inter and the idea is to sign the player for free, as there is a possibility that the Dutch giants release the midfielder. Simone Inzaghi’s preference will be taken into account and Klaassen will only be signed if the Italian gives that go-ahead.

Tanguy Ndombele has been linked with Inter but he doesn’t convince them. Manchester United’s Donny van de Beek has also been proposed, but it seems as if they are going ahead with Klaassen. Maxime Lopez was also linked with a move but it seems as if the choice has been made by the club.
