Inter have identified Venezia midfielder Tessmann as a player for the future.

The 22-year-old is not a player who the Nerazzurri will have a place for next season. They have a packed midfield, with the likes of Nicolo Barella, Hakan Calhanoglu, Henrikh Mkhitaryan, Davide Frattesi, Kristjan Asllani, and Piotr Zielinski.

However, Inter see Tessmann as a player with potential for the future.

Therefore, the Nerazzurri’s plan would be to sign the US international this summer. And then loan him back to Venezia for next season.

However, Di Marzio reports, Tessmann himself has yet to agree on a move that would see him return to the newly-promoted club next season.

However, even if Inter do not loan Tessmann back to Venezia, he could still go out on a different loan next season.

According to Di Marzio, the talks between Inter and Venezia are now very far along.

The two clubs are ironing out the final details on a transfer of Tessmann.

As part of the deal, reports Di Marzio, Inter attacking midfielder Oristanio will join Venezia.

The 21-year-old spent last season on loan with Cagliari. And he had been part of talks between Inter and Genoa for goalkeeper Josep Martinez.

However, Venezia have come forward with interest in Oristanio.

According to Di Marzio, Oristanio will join Venezia on a permanent basis as part of the deal for Tessmann to come the other way.

However, he reports, the Nerazzurri have been aiming to have a buyback option.
