Inter pressing for David Cabal’s signature | OneFootball

Serie A giants Inter are looking to make a swoop for Hellas Verona’s David Cabal this summer.

According to a report by Marco Fallisi of La Gazzetta dello Sport, Inter are aiming to send a bid of around €10 million to Verona for David Cabal soon. The Colombian international is being pursued by the Nerazzurri as they can alternately play him as a left-back to full-back.

Simone Inzaghi likes the player for his offensive mindset and is a readymade solution for the injured Tajon Buchanan who seems to be out till Christmas. The 23-year-old got noticed at Atletico Nacional in Colombia playing as a left-footed centre-back and that is how his career at Italy began in 2022.

This should be a no-frills operation for Inter as no competitors are identified as of now. Club directors have also recognised Mario Hermoso and Ricardo Rodriguez who are available as free agents in the market.
