Josh Doig set to sign for Marseille | OneFootball

According to a report from Le Parisien, Olympique de Marseille are set to complete the signing of Josh Doig (21) in the coming hours.

Marseille have been highly active in trying to recruit a left-back. As reported by L’Équipe, Renan Lodi (25) could leave the club after Marseille received an offer for the Brazilian, who only arrived in a €13m deal from Atletico Madrid in the summer, whilst talks are ongoing over a deal for Stade Rennais’ Adrien Truffert (22), who according to RMC Sport, is nearing an agreement on terms with Les Phocéens.

However, whilst the futures of Lodi and Truffert look uncertain, Doig’s looks clear. The Scottish defender, who has featured 13 times in all competitions for Hellas Verona this season, is on the verge of joining OM. The final details of the deal are being worked out, but an agreement is set to be reached in the coming hours.
