The winners on aggregate will advance to the semifinals. Away goals serve as the primary tiebreaker. If necessary, extra time and a penalty shootout will decide a winner.

Inter Miami CF vs. Los Angeles FC

Inter Miami CF hosts Los Angeles FC at Chase Stadium in Fort Lauderdale, Florida, USA.

LAFC aims to defend its lead after coming out on top 1-nil in the first leg to book a spot in the semifinals for a third time. Nathan Ordaz delivered the winner on the night with a long-range hit to the bottom right corner.

Ordaz has scored in each of his last two appearances in the Champions Cup. At 21 years, 80 days old, he is the fourth youngest player to score in consecutive games in the competition since the 2016-17 season, and the youngest to do so for an MLS team.

Additionally, goalkeeper Hugo Lloris delivered a solid appearance in goal for the California side, recording three saves to secure his third clean sheet this CCC campaign.

Inter Miami will take the pitch in search of turning the series around to reach the competition’s semifinals for the first time.

The reigning Supporters’ Shield winners will look to their attack featuring Lionel Messi, who’s registered five goals and two assists in seven CCC career appearances, and Luis Suárez, who’s tallied three goals and an assist this campaign, to complete the comeback.

Pumas UNAM vs. Vancouver Whitecaps FC

Pumas UNAM hosts Vancouver Whitecaps FC at Estadio Olímpico Universitario in Mexico City, Mexico to close out the quarterfinals.

The aggregate is tied 1-1 after a draw in the first leg. Brian White was on target for Vancouver, while Adalberto Carrasquilla equalized for Pumas.

The goal was the fourth for White in this edition of the Champions Cup, equaling Ángel Sepúlveda (Cruz Azul) for top scoring honors. Only Cristian Techera (5 goals in 2016-17) has scored more goals for Vancouver in a single edition of the competition.

The Whitecaps enter the decisive match aiming to extend its positive home record against Liga MX sides, with the Canadians unbeaten in three straight home matches against Liga MX opposition.
