Tuttosport newspaper provides the latest updates on Juventus’ transfers as the Bianconeri have been linked with Ipswich striker Liam Delap, Benfica’s António Silva and Feyenoord’s Dávid Hancko.
Juventus will sign at least one new defender in the January transfer window as Thiago Motta needs replacements for the injured Gleison Bremer and Juan Cabal, who have suffered knee injuries.
Several sources claim Benfica’s António Silva is a priority for the Bianconeri in central defence. According to Tuttosport, the Old Lady is negotiating an initial loan deal with an option to buy.
Juventus adopted the same strategy last summer to get Francisco Conceiçao from Porto, helped by the winger’s agent Jorge Mendes, the same as António Silva.

The 21-year-old Portuguese centre-back is not the only name on the Bianconeri’s agenda, as the club has also monitored Feyenoord’s Hancko.
According to Tuttosport, Juventus may acquire both Hancko and Antonio Silva next month if they can raise around €30m from Nicolò Fagioli’s sale.
The Serie A giants are also looking for reinforcements in attack and will sign a new centre-forward if Arkadiusz Milik doesn’t fully recover from an injury.
Tuttosport claims that both Georges Mikautadze (Lyon) and Delap (Ipswich) are among Juventus’s attacking targets.
The Mirror has reported that the Old Lady had sent scouts to watch Delap in action two weeks ago in a 1-1 draw against Manchester United.
