The Formula & Figures

The transfer market guru reveals that the clubs are now ironing out the final details in their accord which should be based on a two-year (or more likely 18-month) loan with an obligation to buy for €15 million. The Italy U21 starlet is considered one of the most promising youngsters in Serie A. He’s been climbing the ranks at Empoli since joining the Tuscan side’s academy in 2017, and is now a regular feature with the first team.

More to Come?

For his part, Italian journalist Alfredo Pedullà also confirms that Fazzini is the Aquile’s first choice. However, the arrival of the Empoli man doesn’t necessarily rule out another signing on loan, as Gaetano Castrovilli is expected to make way, with Udinese and others on his trails. Hence, Pedullà leaves the door open for Chelsea benchwarmer Cesare Casadei Stade Reims’ Valentin Atangana.
