Leeds Children's Charity enjoy day at Elland Road | OneFootball

Leeds United were pleased to welcome some local youngsters to a recent match at Elland Road along with club partner JD through our ongoing relationship with Leeds Children's Charity at Lineham Farm.

Our official retail partner, JD - the global sports and fashion retailer, kindly donated their box to the local charity that is dedicated to brightening the lives of some of the most disadvantaged children in the city by providing them with unforgettable breaks and valuable memories.

To make the day extra special for the young people invited along for the matchday experience, they were all given Leeds United goody bags on arrival, a Cadbury selection box, treated to a visit from Lucas the Kop Cat and also escourted pitchside for photos with our official club photographer.

Jenny Jones, Head of Fundraising at Leeds Children's Charity at Lineham Farm, said: "A huge thank you to JD for hosting children in a VIP box at a Leeds United football match. This incredible experience created treasured memories for some truly deserving young people. It’s a wonderful reminder of how acts of kindness can inspire joy, give back to others, and bring our communities closer together."
