Lille and Montpellier keen on Kenny Lala

As reported by, former Strasbourg right-back Kenny Lala, now of Greek club Olympiacos, could return to Ligue 1 this summer.

Lala, now 30, left France during last year’s winter window and has impressed in Greece since, generating interest for a Ligue 1 return following meaningful Champions League and Europa League experience.

Despite the impending arrival of fellow right-back Akim Zedadka (26) from Clermont, with the player’s versatility in mind, Lille are interested in adding Lala this summer too, says Genuardi.

Meanwhile, Montpellier sent scouts to watch him against Panathinaikos last month and could move for the defender this window as well.
