Lille predicted XI v Lens: Alexsandro and Edon Zhegrova out | OneFootball

Edon Zhegrova is closer than ever to a return to first team, however, the Kosovan, who is yet to feature in 2025, will play no part for Lille OSC when they take on RC Lens in the Derby du Nord on Sunday night.

Mitchell Bakker is expected to take Zhegrova’s place on the right wing. There are other absences for Lille, who must also do without Ethan Mbappé, who is out with an injury, and centre-back Alexsandro, who is suspended. In his absence, Aïssa Mandi is expected to start alongside Bafodé Diakité.

Once again, it is expected that there will be no place in the starting XI for England international Angel Gomes. Bruno Genesio is expected to opt for a midfield trio of Ayyoub Bouaddi, Benjamin André, and Ngal’ayel Mukau.
