Lindsey Thomas speaks after her contract renewal with Juventus Women | OneFootball

Lindsey Thomas has extended her contract with Juventus Women until 30th June 2026.

Here are her thoughts about the contract renewal, the season ahead for the Bianconere and her goals, both as a team and personally, for next year.

THE CONTRACT RENEWAL

“I must say that I am very happy and grateful to the club for this renewal. It is very important for me; I am excited and happy and I can’t wait for next season to start. I am here to help the team achieve its goals”.

FROM PAST, TO PRESENT, TO FUTURE

“Personally, I think last season was positive for me. I came to help the club and this will continue to be my primary objective. Certainly, I can do more, let’s say that last season was a starting point. I would like to take Juventus back to where they belong”.

A MORE MATURE LINDSEY

“Certainly, after a year you feel calmer and more at home because you learn more about the situation in which you find yourself. Now it is up to me to show more personality and character, as well as continuing to help my teammates with goals and assists”.

GOALS, FOR THE TEAM AND INDIVIDUALLY

“I can’t wait for the season to start. We will head into it with the aim of bringing home as many trophies as possible. We also want to progress in the next round of the Women’s Champions League and return to the group stage. On a personal level,  I would be delighted if I manage to reach double figures in terms of goals and assists, it would be very rewarding for me, and I will work to achieve that. Other than that, it is crucial that we regain that team cohesion that we perhaps lacked in some moments last season, so that we can entertain our fans”.
