Liverpool have announced that boss Matt Beard will miss their WSL clash with Manchester City due to illness.
The team will be coached by assistants Amber Whiteley and Scott Rogers, although the club have stated that Beard will be in touch with the bench throughout.

Liverpool currently sit fifth in the WSL table after a win and two draws in their opening three games this season.
They face a Man City side who pulled off an astonishing win over Barcelona in UWCL action in midweek.
