Charles De Ketelaere started his career at Club Brugge before moving to AC Milan. He eventually ended up signing for Atalanta in the summer of 2023. Since then, he has been a force to reckon with and a valuable player for the club.

Ketelaere is enjoying a good time in the ongoing campaign. He has already netted six goals and provided nine assists in 22 games so far. He is averaging 1.2 shots, 1.4 key passes, and 1 dribble per game (stats via whoscored).
The Belgian attacker is versatile enough to play as an attacking midfield as a striker or even feature on the left wing. He is better known for his creative traits. He has good passing sense, great dribbling abilities, and clinical finishing range.
Liverpool’s interest in Charles De Ketelaere is understandable as they still need to upgrade the offensive unit. Dominik Szoboszlai has been a bit inconsistent and the club aren’t too sure about his continuity in the long run.
To challenge the latter for the starting position, Ketelaere could be a great choice. The 23-year-old has great qualities and skills which could be useful for Arne Slot‘s side in the final third. The fact that he is also versatile will strengthen his case for sure.
Ketelaere can be a great buy who can serve Liverpool for many years to come. It will be interesting to see if the English giants will officially bid for the youngster or not. An offer of around €60 million should be good enough to lure him away next summer.
