Liverpool have been left relieved after scans on Trent Alexander-Arnold ruled out any serious injury.
The defender exited the weekend win over Aston Villa with a hamstring issue, with reports suggesting that the decision to withdraw him early helped avoid further damage.
The Times report he will be sidelined throughout the international break, although it has not been ruled out that he recovers in time to be available against Southampton on November 24.
Following that fixture, the Reds face two huge fixtures, first taking on Real Madrid in the Champions League before meeting Manchester City at the start of December.
Alexander-Arnold has featured in every Premier League game so far this season for the leaders.
