Paulo Fonseca takes the reigns at Olympique Lyonnais for the second time as the club play host to Stade de Reims. It will be the Portuguese head coach’s first home game with his new side after they fell to a 3-2 defeat to arch-rivals Olympique de Marseille last weekend.
Consistency appears to be key in these early days for the former Lille OSC and AC Milan manager. Fonseca will likely only make one change, with Georges Mikautadze replacing Alexandre Lacazette as the number-nine. The former Arsenal man has been ruled out of the squad following an injury.
Thiago Almada was the only recruit for Lyon this winter with the club under a transfer ban. The Argentine World Cup winner has yet to start for the team since joining from sister club Botafogo but has appeared twice from the bench. He will be hoping to make another impression as a substitute against Reims.
