City are top of the table and looking in great shape after three successive victories.

Pep Guardiola’s men beat Chelsea 2-0 on the opening weekend, before recording a 4-1 win over Ipswich and a 3-1 win at West Ham.

And star striker Erling Haaland has been at his imperious best with seven goals including two hat-tricks already this season.

Brentford are going well themselves though, brushing off Ivan Toney’s departure with two wins from their first three games.

The Bees beat Crystal Palace 2-1 to get their campaign off to a strong start, then lost 2-0 at Liverpool but bounced back with a 3-1 win over Southampton.

Here’s everything you need to know about the game.
