Manchester United are ready to sign a new attacker in the summer transfer window.
The Red Devils have been linked with a number of strikers ahead of what could be a crucial summer for the club for many years to come.
It would be the first summer window under Ruben Amorim who has the opportunity to sign players according to his playing style.
The club are expected to back the manager to make changes to his squad as per his needs.
Man United desperately need a new striker at the club and that is where Amorim and his management staff are working behind the scenes.
The Red Devils have been heavily linked with a move for Einracht Frankfurt striker Hugo Ekitike.
They have now received an exciting update regarding him from one of the most reliable journalists around.
According to Florian Plettenberg, Eintracht Frankfurt are aware that Man United are seriously considering a move for Ekitike in the summer.
The journalist has reported that Arsenal, Liverpool and Juventus have also registered their interest in signing the attacker but the former’s number one target remains Newcastle United’s Alexander Isak.

The German club are demanding €80m for their attacker who has scored 13 goals and four assists in 26 Bundesliga games.
The transfer fee might be a little to high for the Red Devils to afford now. Sales in the summer may help the club financially but as it stands it is an expensive option.
The club must have made some plan considering how much they are looking forward to bring in an attacker at the club.
