During a top of the table clash betweenĀ Chindia TĆ¢rgoviČte andĀ ArgeČ in Romaniaās second division, manager Emil Sandoi decided to take matters into his own hands.

With an opposition player steaming down the right, Sandoi stuck out a leg (even though it looked like the ball was out of play) and brought him down.
He was subsequently sent to the stands after apologising but weāve got a lot of time for tactical fouls.
