Man United’s injury crisis has eased in recent weeks
Manchester United are enjoying life under Ruben Amorim, but a stern test away at Arsenal awaits on Wednesday night.
Unbeaten after three games under the Portuguese tactician so far, the 4-0 thrashing of Everton at the weekend marked the Red Devils’ biggest Premier League victory of the season to date.
The only negative was the yellow cards shown to Lisandro Martinez and Kobbie Mainoo which means they are suspended for the trip to the Emirates Stadium.
Having said that, in recent weeks Luke Shaw, Mason Mount, Mainoo, Tyrell Malacia and Harry Maguire have all returned following injury and Amorim will be hopeful of welcoming one or two more back ahead of a packed fixture schedule.
With that in mind, here’s a look at the latest Manchester United injuries…
Summer signing Leny Yoro is yet to make a competitive appearance for United after needing foot surgery on a problem picked up during pre-season.
The former Lille defender, however, is available to train but his fitness is being prioritised at the moment as he closes in on making his debut.
Potential return date: December 2024
Victor Lindelof limped out of Sweden’s Nations League win over Slovakia during the international break.
Reportedly having suffered a groin injury, the 30-year-old has missed all three games under Amorim and it remains to be seen when he will be available for selection again.
Potential return date: Unknown

The experienced defender was named in Amorim's first Man United starting XI against Ipswich Town, but was absent from the matchday squad for the win over Bodo/Glimt.
The reason for Jonny Evans' absence has not yet been disclosed by the club and he missed the win over Everton which likely means he's a doubt to face Arsenal.
