Manchester United have made an enquiry for Bayer Leverkusen defender Jonathan Tah, it has been claimed in Germany.

The Premier League giants are looking at several centre-backs as they look to bring in two defenders this summer.

Manchester United have an agreement in place with Matthijs de Ligt but are yet to agree on a fee with Bayern Munich.

The Red Devils are also waiting for an answer from Leny Yoro after agreeing on a fee with Lille this summer.

According to German broadcaster Sky Deutschland, Manchester United have put in an enquiry for Leverkusen centre-back Tah.

The 28-year-old was a rock at the back last season for Leverkusen as they won the Bundesliga title without losing a game.

Bayern Munich are keen to sign him but now Manchester United have shown an interest in the defender.

The Premier League giants are aware that the German giants still do not have a deal in place with Leverkusen.

Tah is interested in a move to Bavaria but could have one more option in Manchester United this summer.
